Case still enforces the trademark. A lot of those copies on e-bay are pretty poor. For parts manuals, operator's and service manuals, Binder Books has a liscense and produces the best copies BY FAR. Many Case-IH dealers now have the online parts manual up anyway.

One suspects many of those e-bay guys will be betting Case cease and desist letters shortly.

You can produce copies for your own use, you just can't sell them.
