When the link opens, you have to go to the far right column (schraubertips) and click on the "gluhkerzen" link.

The writing just says that it lets you use a VW turbo diesel glowplug that gets 300 degrees celcius hotter than the original in D-series tractors. And that you have to bypass the original wiring with a heavy duty setup.
