I use the threaded rod trick myself with a floor jack to lift the heavy beast up an inch or two at a time and then spun the nuts up after it. The rods and nuts act as a safety and guide it up straight while the jack lifts so you don't have to keep alternating a couple a turns on each corner and its reduces the binding on the rods. Once you get to the top the jack holds it tight while you remove one rod at a time on diagonal corners to insert the bolts.
