Randy they can be used with any tractor, they just close a internal valve on the cylinder when the stop pushes the rod. I'm not sure about your 1755's hydraulics but most hydraulic levers will go to the "neutral" spot when the cylinder bottoms out that's really all the cylinder is doing, if yours keeps putting presure after it stops I suppose you could push the seals out of the cylinder.
