The lack of response is an indicator that no one is. I believe that the primary reason is that the hold down is not on the perimeter of the existing cover, and drilling/tapping and setting up fasteners is more trouble than its value. To get down into it far enough to use a feeler it requires about 1/2 the height of the cover as it is. making a sheet metal Hopper that would allow running adjustment seems possible, but not a priority.
