Your only hope is to get the tractor into a heated building, to see if somehow moisture got into the clutch area and froze up the works. It will take several hours, perhaps days, in above-freezing temperatures to thaw everything out. Most likely, though, the clutch just picked the worst possible time to give out on you. There's no "turn a screwdriver" fix. It'll need to be trucked off to a shop with the proper equipment to be repaired.
