Drain it, replace with a Hytran equivalent, run it a while, drain again and put in either HyTran or a name brand equivalent. Hytran does not need additives. It is very likely that part of the milky stuff you saw was water already in the fluid. It happens because the fluid does not get changed often enough. I doubt if you hurt anything, just don't use the junk again.
