Hi Kieth, There should be a serial number for the tractor on the right side of the reduction gear housing, and an engine # on the left side of the block. There are a couple good cadet sites out there. To get a value you might watch them on E-bay or search completed listings for cub cadet. IH introduced them in '61, seems like the first two years they had no model designation, just "Cub Cadet" on the side of the hood.
