As Dave said, the sun and ozone (sometimes from electrical sources like electric motors) are the two worst things on tires. As an example, in 1978 I bought my dad's Super H. He had left it outside a lot of the time in the summer in So Dak. The left rear tire had good tread, but was weather checked fairly bad (some cracks almost 1/8 inch wide). I have kept the tractor in the shed since I bought it and it still has the same rear tires. That left tire has not changed except for tread wear and the right one which was new back then is still like new except again for wear. Roger
