If you had left out the word "hour", I would know what you are talking about. There is: tach w/service meter service meter (below oil fill cap) hour meter (made by Hobbs and branded by IH) Bates Corp in IN has a shop that rebuilds tachs. They may also work on the other meters. eBay always has IH (Stewart-Warner) tachs for sale. That is probably your cheapest route. Make sure the face is identical to yours.
