Unbolt the driveshaft coupler, drive out the clutch shaft, unbolt the clutch. When I did my W6 rear main, we lifted out the flywheel then had to support the rear of the engine. This alowwed the removel of the engine backing plate. Hope this makes a little sense........ Paul
