Hi, Migraine. This is little help, but the only SMTA tractor I ever saw back in the 50's had the circles without the side wings and tail. I saw the wings for the first time about two years ago, when I became interested again in the letter series Farmalls, and started looking at books. Then a few months ago, I was told no wings meant T/A was ordered deleted, but from what you are saying, that is not the case. Not much help, but that is all I know.... mike

Avery model A tractors. I am quite sure that most of it is accurate. The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio. Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
