You need to check for battery voltage at the coil.
Use a test lite or volt meter and with the points open and the ignition switch on see if there's voltage on the coil's small terminals. Run a piece of 320 wet or dry thru those new points and see if tractor will start. Did it run before the new points and condenser were installed? If it did reinstall the old condenser. Hal
