Hi thumbanger, put the pully in the oven and heat at 450 degrees for about an hour, this will expand the opening and it will go right on. I know this sounds odd, but a old man who was a farmall mechanic for 40 years told me to do this with mine, and it worked like a charm. You have to put it on quickly, or it will cool and return to normal size. It is best if your oven is close to your tractor. In spite of what some may think or say this is the best way to do it.
