Brian Any cab from any large chassis 06, 26, 56, or 66 tractor will be close to a direct bolt up, wilth a few modifications around the hood, floor and hitch. When my 656 was 7 years old, I got a real good buy on a diamond cab that came off a 1066. I made that work on my 656, bear in mind the 656 being small chasis, I had to completely fabricate mounts, both at axle and side of tractor, and I also had to completely design a floor and back around the 3 point hitch. It worked and I stayed warm. You see the thing that really annoyed me, I had just bought a new 1066 with ROPS cab that a hired hand was going to enjoy doing tillage on cold spring days, while I parked my posterior on the seat of an open station 656 and planted corn or drilled grain. Somehow didn't feel right, knowing I was the risk taker.
