Hi folks, I just bought a farm all model 200, with what looks like a factory center lift. The belly blade that came with it looks like it"s home built, but a very well built one. I didn"t notice it at the time, but it looks as though the arms are supposed to go up and down independently. Unfortunately the left control is rusted shut, and so the right one is the only one that works. I suspect that the left cylinder is shot also, because it doesn"t seem to have any effect on the other one. The whole thing goes up and down nicely, but I just can"t dig in with one side. Does anybody have any information on this thing? A parts diagram or something? I have a book on case and international, that covers a model 200, which looks like the same thing as I have, only there is nothing about the center lift. So I would like to know what I"m getting into before I have to tear it apart. Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tom

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
