I should add a few things to answer some questions before they occur... The pump cost around $180, the two pulleys are machined from solid steel - I think the crank pulley was $45 and the pump pulley was $35. It is a B-section belt which will transmit enough horsepower to give me about 1000 psi at 17 GPM at full throttle before the belt slips. As you can see, you have to drain the radiator, take all the bolts loose and slide the bolster forward to change the belts. Also, keep in mind that I am good friends with a semi-retired machinist that loves a challenge. I'm sure other shops would charge more for some of the work... If I were to do it over, I would spend the extra money for a cogged belt drive similar to what cars use for a timing belt. I'll be sure to take more pictures when I'm home in April to help with spring planting. I'll try to get over to my friend with the chain drive and take pics too...
