I had an F-20 for a little while, about 20 years ago, and it had some sort of PTO extension, with a little platform on top--probably to keep the driver's clothes away from the shaft! This is what is prompting the memories of PTO changes from long ago. Sorry if I can't be more helpful than this.
Somebody out there in that enormous OLDTRACTORLAND must have one of these adaptors to sell.
