Only while the clutch is actually engaging or releasing??? Clutch disk will do that if nearly worn out-rivets riding on flywheel or pressure plate. It will probably slip if in high gear with a load. Clutch pedal probably starts to release very quickly or the adjustment is about out of room. Also, a broken pressure plate spring can do that but the clutch will usually chatter as well. Check out some of these possibilities.
