When they removed the mag they pulled the mag from the engine. Since your rotor is at No1 your distributor is probably in time. You need to make sure you are getting good fire to the sparkplugs and fuel to the engine. Pull one of the plug wires off one of the sparkplugs and hold the plug wire near the sparkplug and have someone to make an attempt to start the tractor. Should get a hot spark out of the plug wire. If there's good fire to the plug hold your hand over the throat of the carburetor while some cranks over the engine. There should be good suction on your hand since manifold vacuum is required to pull the atomized fuel into the engine. You need to check your plug wiring from the distributor to the sparkplugs. They need to be connected in firing order of the engine. That rotor rotates CW your wires should be in this order. 2-1 4-3 When was the last time this tractor was running? Hal
