You have a series/parellel problem. Your two loads are in series and the oil will go to the load with the least resistance. My solutiion would to remove the Christmas tree valve (remote valve) and pipe your lift-all into a two (or three) spool open center valve bank. You could make a bracket so that it is near the steering wheel or mount it vertically on the battery box or right angle bracket bolted to rear frame cover. You now have independent control over the two loads as long as you only use one at a time. The lock for the lift-all is small tab of steel near the operating shaft that goes into the lift-all. Rotate it while the lever is pulled back to send fluid to the new valve bank.
