You will probably have to find those square head bolts at McMaster-Carr, Graingers, possibly Fastenal. I doubt if your local Case-IH dealer will have them. That being said, I have replaced most of the square head wheel bolts on one of my Farmall Hs with common hex head bolts and nuts. If authentic originality is an issue, go with the square heads, if functionality is the main goal, the hex heads work just fine.
