Correction: the pump appears to be pumping. It isn't straining the engine like it normally does when I move the 3ph lever, but when I loosen the high pressure line fluid squirts out. I don't have the experience to tell if there is the correct amount of pressure though. So, there is fluid moving through both the high and low pressure lines, but I can't raise the shredder. Other than that everything seems to be working OK. Can someone help me with this? Norm
