Elvin, You might as well just make up your mind to tear into this engine. At least pull the head so a better visual inspection can be done. Then IMO the easiest way to unstick this engine is to set a fire in each cylinder that is sureenough rusty. To do this remove the pan, loosen and remove the rod caps then, One at a time pour Diesel in a cylinder add a splash of gas set it on fire, wait till it burns itself out then drive, jack the piston out from the bottom. Now you can really tell if the piston/sleeves can be saved or new ones are needed. As usual be safety conscience get all flammables away, roll tractor outside, etc, etc. Later, John A.
