Cub Loboy 154 Hi Range Problem

When I put it in high range, and put it in gear, it's like it's in neutral. Works fine in low range. I pulled shift cover off but can not see any problem. High range seems to be further forward toward the front of the transmission. Could anyone tell me what may be the problem, or may have a parts breakdown of the transmission?
