Hi To make them look white again you need to coat them with white gel coat ,that for fiberglass coating that will stick to the glass.You need a special fiberglass gun to put this on with or brush it on with,it got hardener in the gel coating so you get a hard finish.I don't know if you can buy gel coating or not,comes in different colors.Its some thing a mfg plant would use.
