My 10-20 had the screw type PTO. An old guy told me to be careful shutting down power as they tended to unscrew the shaft right out and if the machine had no overrun the shaft would beat everything in its path. I saw several other 10-20s that had the new type end welded to the screw type.I have one like that on a parts tractor. This pic is of one I saw at the IHC winter meet in Lebanon , IN a few years back. I am not sure if this PTO was a factory upgrade or someone made it. It would be similar to one on a W-30.
