Bill: Disk brakes is a better way to tell as the castings for rear end is different..the other things mentioned can be swapped such as gas tanks. The water pump was an option even for my early 1948 C so I think the disk brakes..and a engine serial number check should get ya mostly parts from a Super. Amazing how many parts can be exchanged from one model to another over 50 years. HR. Harvey
