Worn bearings are most likely part of the cause. Worn oil pump is part of it also. You need to drop the oil pan again and remove the bottom plate of the oil pump. This plate will be worn or warped. Their is a very thin gasket there so be careful. You can machine this plate flat again or replace it. The last plate I got from the dealer was $100 or so. Others tell of sanding this on a paine of glass with very fine sandpaper. You should also replace the pressure relief spring and plunger. This should get you oil pressure back to an acceptable level.
