Are you sure the loader isnt just like that? We recently got a IH 2500 and it is like that. In our case Im certain it should be since it still has factory stickers on it! It shows up on lever is down on bucket. One more up is float. Down on lever is lift. In fact the new hydro's we rented are same way. Just with a 4 way single valve control instead of 2 seperate ones.
