a couple more things, make sure all the bolts are out of the coupler and the ring (center part of the coupler) is out. Also if you end up pulling the clutch pressure plate take out 3 bolts and look for 3 holes in the cover the size of the bolts, run the bolts in and tighten them down, that will draw in the plate springs and make it easier to remove and put back in.
