Little Giant garden tractors

I'm going to post this in both the IH and garden tractor forums.Afriend of mine has a garden tractor he is getting ready to restore.The sheet metal looks just like a 240-340 IH.It's probably 5-7 HP and the only ID is that it says little giant on the hood.The serial # tag is missing.Any info anybody has would be helpful as he really hasn't been able to find out anything about it.
