The previous posts are correct. I did this on my '51 H. One additional bit of advice: Clean all the crud you can out of the torque tube after dropping the belly pump. My tractor didn't have the covers under the throw-out bearing or pump drive couplings and there was a fair amount of dirt and grease in there. I didn't take the time to clean it up and I had stuff falling in my face the whole time I was working on it. Just follow the procedure in the service manual and you'll be OK. One other thing...I put a floor jack under the pump and lowered it SLOWLY out of the tractor. I don't recommend doing this without help. I am fortunate - my wife is a great help in these situations. The all-thread, however, is much safer.
