The numbers with the "D"s in them are likely part numbers, as one of the early parts numbering systems was built around the letter D. The numbers you gave aren't formatted correctly to be "casting codes" as those were used to show the date the piece was cast. D was used in the casting codes to indicate 1934 and the Regular was out of production by then. Guy Fay's Data Book says the chassis serial numbers for the Regulars were located on the nameplate on the tool box situated under the fuel tank. As for the engine serial number, he shows "na." Not sure if that means "not applicable" as in there was no engine serial number, or "not available" as in he couldn't locate enough information to say reliably where the engine ser. no., if any, was located.
