I am not sure of the spec, but this may help, I torque mine like this. Lightly oil the threads and then I run the nuts on by hand till hand tight to hold it, then with the torque wrench tighten them up a half turn at a time until it is close to spec and then a quarter turn at a time. Start in the middle and work outward each go round. Even if the manifold is slightly warped it will allow time inbetween for the iron to flex a tiny bit and allows the gasket to evenly crush down. Don't forget to retorque it after it runs a while. and it is not a bad idea to retorque it again a week or so later when cold. If you do all that it will never come loose on you in the future. ( I do the same thing on cyl heads!)
