If the throttle lever stays in the full throttle position you need to adjust the clevis on the rod that hooks to the injection pump . The lever on the injection pump should hit the stop bolt at full throttle and idle. If the throttle lever doesn't stay at full throttle there is a friction disc on throttle shaft that needs adjusted or replaced. You can call me at 260-623-3520 Jeff
