The BN has I believe 8" narrower tread width than the B. The B and BN have a single or narrow front, the A a wide front only (there have been owner conversions of all three tractors). The engine is in the center of the B and BN, the A engine is offset to the left. Nearly all parts are interchangeable. Identical drive trains.
