I am not sure what the seat is, but the bracket is a factory made one. Not IH made but who ever company made the seat. It is all stamped out and had stamed adustment slots where it mounts to the top plate. I had seen some of these seats before on other Farmalls. I think I may have seen one simillar on a F14 once. Bad thing is it must not have worked well as it is all welded tight so it won't move including the shock rod. It has 2 springs that lay horizontally that suspend the rider or at least are supposed to.
