I have no personal info on that model, and it probably is not in the archives. There are diagrams of two way cylinder systems. I would be giving you incorrect info if I attempted to tell you about that tractor's hydro system. I will say you need a pressure line (sense it has a loader on it I assume it has a valve controlling it) Probably a one way spool with open center. I would look to replace this valve with a two two way valves to get this job done. If it is a built in valve, it may be a valve with a control to use it as a two way, but that still leaves a second valve needed. A service manual from IH, or an IT manual from this site will help.
