Well first off if it sat for a long time you probably have stuck rings which is a problem in its self. Put about a 1/2 cup of tranny fluid in each cylinder to lube it up and unstick the rings. Then find out where TDC is on #1 and recheck the firing order. On some you can drop the distubutor in any place so #1 on the cap will not be where it should be but thats no big deal beacue it will run at any point if you just know which one is set up as #1
