Not all, Some are split pulley to allow adjustment, and some are solid.
Some have a different offset for different brackets/engines. IH didnot care too much about RPM becausw they were turning fast enough in general to not matter +/- 300 or so. The differences and PartNumbers can beresearched on caseih.com start searching for parts here link --- JimN
