Old has the answer. Make sure the cylinders are free of water, then pour in (the spark plug holes) a quarter cup of Automatic trans fluid in each hole. get a new battery (charge/test the old battery, and after it sits at least a week, begin bumping the starter (do not hold it, just bump the switch repeatedly) maybe 6 to 8 times, then roch it in high gear some, then wait a few more days. If yoy have a crank for the snout on the front, using a 80 to 100# weight on the crank while it is sticking out horizontal will add torque to the saft and assist. If after two weeks (or longer if you are inclined) it will be necessary to tear it down to extract the pistons. If it had no rain cap or can on the muffler, this is probably going to be the case. Best of luck and keep us in the loop with reports. JimN
