I don't want to spoil the enjoyment you will get from your Cub, but if you really want to accomplish something mowing with an older Farmall, you will soon want the next size larger model, the A/SuperA/100/130/140. It is only about 20% larger than a Cub and has a minimum of twice the horsepower. I also tried mowing with a Cub - 20 years ago. (A box turtle could crawl faster.) I sold it. When I went back into older Farmalls a few years ago, I started looking for a Super A or 140, remembering the lack of power in the Cub. mike
