I'm just finishing up a 2-71 Detroit Diesel in a Super M. Should put out around 65hp@2100rpm and about 58hp@1800rpm. I'm a mold maker/CNC machinist by trade and I did the whole thing from scratch. You have to make a new rear cover for the engine and a crank spacer that allows you to use the stock flywheel/clutch and starter location. It turned out to be a lot of work. More than I thought but that is the way it usually goes! Mark
