If you clean the bolts and clamps and oil everything up good you will find that you will not have nearly as many problems with loose wheels as when you try to do every thing dry. I have lost count of how many people have come asking how to get there wheels tight enough to stay where they want them. I have not had a single one come back to tell me that they came loose after they lubricated them. With the lube you will get them much tighter than if assembled dry. They will also come loose when you want to move them. This is really important for the larger tractors with wedge lock wheels.
