Guys, He said the CARB bowl was empty. Mine did the very same thing.If the engine is shut down with the bowl full, the float has the needle closed, and any back wash would pull on the needle in effcet making it tighter and sealing better.Therefore not letting anymore fuel by and his carb would stay full. Now Im not saying he doesnt have multiple problems, but mine was simply a probelm inside the carb that I never found, but after repalcing the carb and float,I dont have that problem anymore.
