Rebuilding a 123 ci, question on cyl kits

Im about to start on a 140 engine rebuild for a friend. The cylinder/piston kit he got from the machine shop has different style pistons than what came out. They are Red Power part # RP374338R93 and have 2 raised square domes on the tops. Are these hi perf pistons? Or are they a updated stock replacement piston? Any problems with deck/valve clearance here? Just curious, I was looking for a stock rebuild without a bunch of measuring, clearence mods, etc. Looks like the head was milled as well maybe .010 or so. Any help is appreciated
