The hood/grill support is bolted to the sides of the radiator with two 3/8"X3/4" bolts each side. Not sure about the spacers but the offset pieces are bolted along with the support and offsets out from the radiator and slightly up in front. Go to www.CaseIH.com, SEARCH FOR PARTS and begin your search for parts RIGHT HERE. Enter 240. Chassis 137 shows the sheet metal and has a printable diagram and parts list. This may help. David.
