Barry,mine just slid out when I took the shaft out,however rust and mice urine does terrible damage.call me 304-725-1037 home 304-582-9995 cell,I had a F30 that was corode so bad I used a sledge hammer and a torch,Parts are avalible.Nebraska Cowman is a good sourse.Look for parts avalibality defore damaging anything
