Butch, lots of other makes had the 1000 RPM PTO on them. Some even had a 2 speed PTO that could be switched from one to the other with the lever. All JD tractors have had this for a long time. You have to change shafts on those. Ford tractors from at least the 7000 series and up can also have the shafts changed. Just pull a snap ring take out one shaft and put in the other. They sit in a different gear inside the tractor to increase the speed.
